Hiring someone, or looking for work? Pick your side below and we'll show you how it goes.
Write a few lines about what you need, roughly what it can cost and when it should be done. Posting a project is free, and partners with matching skills are told about it.
Rather choose yourself? Browse partners by category, location, experience and language, and read their profiles and reviews before you write to anyone.
Partners who are interested in your project write to you. It all ends up in Messages, where you can ask questions, share files and compare answers.
Save anyone worth a second look. They are kept on Saved partners, so you can find them again later.
Scope, price, deadlines and payment are agreed directly with the partner. nebesno takes no commission and charges no fees, so the price you agree is the price you pay.
If a partner has opened their calendar, you can book a meeting right on their profile, and it shows up under Meetings. Everything else happens in the conversation, so what was said and sent is easy to find again.
When the work is done, tell other clients how it went. A review is tied to a real conversation on nebesno, so only people who actually worked with the partner can write one.
Ready to find someone?
Browse partnersSign in with Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn or GitHub, or with a link sent to your email. There is no password to remember, and it is free.
Add a photo, a short bio, your skills and some past work. Clients decide from your profile, so the more concrete it is, the easier you make it for them. Your dashboard shows what is still missing.
Add a service with a category, how you charge, a price and a rough delivery time. It shows up when clients search that category.
Results are sorted by best match unless a client picks newest or highest rated. Reviews from past clients help, and Analytics shows how many people look at your profile. To sit higher in the default order for a while, you can buy promoted placement, which is always labelled as such.
Clients can write to you from your profile. Open projects are also posted on the Client briefs board, and replying to one starts a conversation with the brief attached. Either way you get a notification, and the thread is in Messages.
Talk through scope, timeline and price in the conversation. Payment is between you and the client, and nebesno takes no commission.
When the job is finished, the client can leave a review on your profile. A few good ones go a long way with the next client who finds you.
Your account works both ways. Need a developer for something you designed, a copywriter, or an extra pair of hands before a deadline? Post a project like any client. Partners with matching skills are told about it, replies arrive in the same inbox, and there is no commission here either.
