What needs you, and how the platform is doing. Every number is counted from the database; nothing is estimated.
Everyone with an account. Search by name, email, company, profile address or account id.
Reports people filed about a partner or a client. Open one to read the conversation it came from and decide.
Reviews on the public wall, newest first. Removing one deletes it; the log keeps a copy of what it said.
Projects clients posted. Closing one takes it off both boards, and closed briefs are deleted after 48 hours.
Subscriptions and promoted placement, as the database records them. Invoices and payouts are in Stripe.
What people press, and where they get stuck. Only from visitors who accepted cookies, and never what anyone typed.
What people read the site on: phones or computers, which system, which browser, and how wide the window is.
Every action taken from this console: who did it, to whom, when and why. Nobody can edit or delete an entry.
Get an email when something happens on the site. Each switch is saved at once, for this account only.
The consoles the site runs on. Each needs its own sign-in.
The accounts in reserved_owner_accounts, and nobody else. That table has no access from the browser at all, so it can only be changed in the Supabase SQL editor. Every section here asks the database, and the database checks the list again on every request.
Anyone else who opens /admin sees the site's ordinary "page not found".
Your Google or Microsoft account is the key to this console, so keep two-step verification on for it. For one more lock in front of the page itself, Cloudflare Access can ask for an email code before Cloudflare even serves /admin (Zero Trust, free for a few people).
